What does a conviction score mean?
Each opportunity is scored 1-10 based on market size (25%), timing urgency (20%), capital required (15%), defensibility (15%), recurring revenue potential (10%), competition (10%), and specificity (5%). Most opportunities score 5-7. Scores of 7+ are uncommon and represent genuinely strong signals.
Which bills do you cover?
All Oregon state bills plus federal bills in policy areas relevant to Oregon: agriculture, energy, housing, healthcare, small business, public lands, and more. We pull from LegiScan, the Oregon Legislative Information System, and Congress.gov.
How often is it updated?
